Bar Sips
Founded in 2020 by renowned bartenders Marc Álvarez and Simone Caporale, the bar was born from the idea of making every element of a drink serve the liquid itself, from the glassware to the presentation.
The bar is known for its innovative approach, which includes creating fruit texture pantones to express different flavours in various densities. The focus is on recognizable flavours, impeccable technical treatment, and a philosophy where clarification is used not just for aesthetics, but to enhance taste. Sips was named the third-best bar in the world at the 2022 World's 50 Best Bars awards.
