Maji and Mani Alam

Mani Alam & Majid Alam are the brothers behind Alam Co., a Barcelona-based restaurant group that has grown from a single fish and chips shop into a diverse collection of brands. In 2015, they opened their first small venture in Sant Antoni, aiming to prove that fast food could be made with high-quality ingredients and to high standards.

Today, they own around eight concepts, including Achaar Bar (Indian cuisine), Antonia's Burger, Baby Jalebi, Bien Kebab, Fiffty Fiffty, The Fish & Chips Shop, Tacos Muñoz, and Mani's El Cubano. Of Pakistani origin, the brothers' original vision was simply to serve great fish and chips, but their success has allowed them to expand into Indian cuisine, burgers, and more, with each brand reflecting their commitment to elevating everyday food.
