César Pastor Antón began his culinary career at the age of 18, joining the renowned Ca l'Isidre restaurant, where he spent 12 years — eight of them as Executive Chef.
He went on to own and lead Colibrí Restaurant for 12 years, followed by a two-year tenure as Executive Chef at Bonanova. Today, he serves as Corporate Director at Grupo Olive, a position he has held for the past decade.
With over four decades of experience, César brings a deep-rooted passion and unwavering commitment to every project he undertakes.
