Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, and Mateu Casañas met in the late 1990s at elBulli, where they worked together for nearly 15 years before opening their first restaurant, Compartir Cadaqués, in 2012.
In 2014, they embarked on their Barcelona adventure with Disfrutar, which recently celebrated its 11th anniversary. The restaurant holds three Michelin stars and was named The World's Best Restaurant in 2024 by The World's 50 Best Restaurants. Their projects continue to grow — in 2022, they opened Compartir Barcelona and also provide consulting services to businesses.
