Restaurant Disfrutar

Disfrutar is a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona, opened in December 2014 by three former elBulli chefs: Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro, and Eduard Xatruch. The name means "enjoy" in Spanish, and that's exactly the feeling the restaurant aims to deliver.
Located in the Eixample district, opposite the Ninot Market, the restaurant features a stunning Mediterranean-inspired design by the famed El Equipo Creativo. The space is a tribute to Barcelona's ceramic tradition, with a bright, white dining room that evokes a sense of being in a coastal village, complete with an open kitchen that places the culinary action at the heart of the experience.
